The H Hotel
A block of rooms has been reserved at the H Hotel in Midland. Standard single/double occupancy is $152.00 per room per night.
The Conference does not arrange lodging for attendees.

Requests must be received by Friday, February 2, 2024 to guarantee housing priority at the H Hotel. Hotel reservations will not be held past 6:00 p.m. unless a guarantee or advance payment is made. Because hotel housing is limited, reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis until rooms are filled. Maps and further details will be provided in a registration confirmation letter.
CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations after 6 p.m. the day prior to arrival will be charged one night's lodging rate including applicable tax.

What time is check-in & check-out?
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. If you arrive prior to 3:00 P.M., you may check your luggage with Guest Services and enjoy the peace and tranquility of the grounds until your room becomes available. Standard check-out time begins at 11:00 A.M. For all advance purchase reservations your deposit will be forfeited should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date.

Should you make any changes to your reservation, please have your confirmation number prepared when calling. For all advanced purchases, a deposit for the entire stay plus tax is due at time of making your reservation. A credit card is required at the time of booking.
